TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 is the sequel to one of the most pleasing surprises in motorsport games. Ride on the Edge 2, which came out in 2020, is a very fun game to play and the level of authenticity is quite impressive.

The game looks great on last gen hardware like the PS4, however, if you want super-realistic visuals, then you should play it on PC with a decent enough hardware. TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 2 was temporarily available on PS Plus Extended and Premium; it was a nice addition to those who missed the game and did not have the chance to play it.

The game runs nice and all, but it is the PS4 version, unlike titles like Ride 4 or MotoGP 22 who received PS5 ports. These games run at a native 4K resolution and at 60 frames per second.

It begs the question; how would that game look if it was running natively on PS5? The question has been answered; TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 is finally coming out and it looks amazing.

The game will feature an open world and you can explore and race on historic circuits like Snaefell, St. John's, or Clypse. It is a pretty good addition because the game features a mix of modern and classic bikes.

The handling has been changed for this iteration. The game feels more balanced and the bikes are more predictable to control. The developer, Raceward, made sure to implement various assistance options so players can customize their experience. They have worked on other games like RiMS Racing.

Adding many assistance options like handling, weight distribution, and driving assistance are very important to racing games. It does not matter if it's cars, bikes, or other types of vehicles, developers should add assistance options to cater to a broader scope of players.

The Racing Fan edition is priced at $59.99, while the regular edition costs $49.99. The difference between them varies according to the platform. For instance, on Steam you get RiMS Racing thrown in the bundle.

Take a look at the differences between platforms:
